The RTW documentation is currently separate from the ESMValTool documentation. Before the main feature branch for the prototype is merged into main, the RTW documentation should be merged with the ESMValTool documentation.

Also, add a link to the documentation after it has been merged from the description option in the rose-suite.info file.

The path to the documentation will need to be corrected in add_a_recipe.rst once it's location has been merged. See comment #3614 (comment)
