Experiment documents need to be consistent with the MIP team's GMD articles and also with Karl Taylor's experiment spreadsheet.
Once consistency is achieved the MIP teams are invited to review the experiment documents.
Expect all experiment documents to be ready for external review by mid September.
Expect feedback from MIP teams by end of November.
