Adds a neat utility examples/plot_highs_log.py visualise progress of the MIP solver: thanks @Thell
Added final line of MIP logging so that full MIP solution process can be parsed. Helpful to see final gap with gaps in previous logging lines, rather than having to read it in the solution summary test
