Issues

1. Currently the "Stories" tab ingame cannot be opened and uppon opening softlocks, do not use that button.
2. Folders can not contain special characters like the cyrillic alphabet.
3. Weapons upgraded to LV4 will play the electric bgm sound of the type 40 weapons, currently unfixable
