My is a general question. I have a reference annotation which I'm updating/correcting with strand-specific long reads data. I applied a couple of tools for annotation and clean-up. Unfortunately, these methods do not group new transcripts to new loci or existing loci.
I was wondering if I can use Mikado for the job or what the rationale of Mikado to do it is, so I can write a script that does it.
Thanks a lot
Francesco
