looks like we have only titles of 2-4 lines...

images

images need to be adapted in size. there are features, as boxes around portions which did not survive in tex. eg. fig:9 in paper 40. these need to be fixed

##bibliography

• I belive sap does not handle all types of entries in bibtex. e.g. encyclopedic entries and newspaper articles, blogs, etc.
• all titles entered
• ask authors to check it in Zotero?
• many forthcoming publications. fix the bibtex not to render date as ???? but as forthcoming (there should be a specific field)
• not sure citep and citet usage is consistent throughout the work

##second round

• internal refs
• adding links to inscriptions, places, etc.
• emphasis on latin
• emphasis / bold on words with emphasis in original
• change links to point at photos provided
• check footnotes always after punctuation

##process

• once first, bibliography and second are done, compile all and rename files
• move files to pdf folder and uncomment main.txt
• add posters in pdf and insert them in main
• introduction
• keynote speker abstracts
• LIST OF ABBREVIATIONS? checkout the ones in paper 24
• STRUCTURE AND ORGANIZATION OF PAPERS TO BE CONFIRMED, but can be based on the proposal on Google Drive

• paper 10 needs thorough revision as many oddities occur.
• paper 18: check coptic and other scripts
• paper 43: are all images there?
• paper 21: has cropped images in the submitted doc, full images in tex. check what they have sent has images
• paper 28 still NOT UPDATED
• paper 31 image too long
• images need to be placed side by side in paper 40, see doc file.
