HSRE-4980: Some CF2TF tweaks

Very rough code:

Changes included:

• Allow to download CF template from AWS
• Hardcode some mapping of Resources and Parameters/Arguments
• Generate terraform import statements.

@shadycuz I probably won't have a lot of time for making further improvements to this, but the changes done really helped us forward with moving away from CF to TF.
Especially generating TF import statements is going to be a huge time-saver for us.
