Release for Rimworld 1.1

Updated for Rimworld 1.1

• Release supports both game version 1.1 & 1.0
• Now depends on an external mod HarmonyMod
  
  
  Internally it always did this, but due to some changes in the Rimworld 1.1 game architecture this is now an explicit visible thing... You can get that dependency from the linked page or the steam workshop.
  The ingame Mods screen offers ways to get & enable that mod.
