Release v2.0.3

Fixes to ensure that the font metrics files aren't being rewritten needlessly.

Also includes script bin/generate_unicode_font_specs.php, which will pre-generate all of the required metrics files (and output a bunch of test PDFs), which is useful if you want to use this in a read-only environment such as Google AppEngine
