Changes since R201707

In addition to numerous bug fixes, tweaks, refinements, and optimizations, the
major changes since R201707 are:

  • Remove support for phpBB 2.x and MySQL 5.1
  • Theming moved entirely to CSS
  • Standardized look-and-feel across site
  • Site is largely HTML5 compliant
  • New PM page separate from Search page
  • Project Quick Check code brought over from noncvs

This release removes support for phpBB 2.x and MySQL v5.1.
