Azure Functions V2 Dependency Injection

Created this repo because of breaking changes made to the Azure Functions V2 runtime. Read more about this in this thread

This demo Functions App will provide a Function with an Http trigger. The function will get a demo service injected and that demo service will get some settings injected from the local.settings.json

Note that you have to run with the Azure Functions Core Tools 2.0.1-beta.36 or higher
