About the PR
Added a ChemVend to the chemistry lab on Pebble map.
Why / Balance
Since jugs became the "usual" current way of storing medicine, the addition of the ChemVend will allow the Medical Department to treat the early-low-pop-injuries instead of having to wait for cargo to make enough money to order chemical crates.
