Added Tony mask. Added bloody knuckle dusters. Added the Miami bundle. The bundle includes one random animal mask, bloody knuckle dusters, flak vest, and a note in a box.

Why / Balance

It adds more melee weapon variety, which would be good since the majority of weapons available are just ranged or explosives.
