About the PR
Does it make sense? Not entirely.
It makes sense for the Head of Logistics to be protecting their first bill like a sentimental trinket but it doesn't make sense for the syndicate to steal it.
Anyways Goonstation did this for the HoP and they clearly know what they are doing. 🤔

Funny HoL objective.
Technical details
I gave it a weight of 0.5 similar to the HoS steal objective but it might be lowered due to less significant it feels compared to secret documents.
Also removes the corgi meat objective in the guidebook
