About the PR
Replace the Clown Hardsuit with the Clown EVA suit. Literally same thing but it's EVA graded.
Fun fact, prisoner EVA, syndicate EVA and basic EVA all have -20% speed while the emergency EVA has -50% speed.
Why / Balance
It's extremely weird to be able to craft a hardsuit from a softsuit, a bunch of crayons and a tape recorder.
