Add new wall lockers + other storage bonuses

About the PR

Adds 18 new wall lockers, 3 new tall lockers, and modifies the sprite of the scientist crate and locker.

Why / Balance

Done at the request of velcroboy, these new lockers are mostly intended for mapping. Slight modifications to the scientist crate and locker to replace the sci/research markings still on them for the sake of consistency.
