About the PR
Creates the NTES Titan, a new small/med pop emergency shuttle, constructed by your allies at Iverian Heavy Shipyards.
Why / Balance
Shuttle is intended for the upcoming "Saturn" station (Hence the name) but as always, anyone is free to use it for their own stations
