About the PR
Fixes the hitbox for the stupid little annoying fucker among other things. Fixes #1559.

Bug fix.
Technical details
yaml, changes the parent to BaseMachine (so it properly inherits damagable and interactionoutline which apparently it didn't), removed unnecessary duplicate components, fixes the hitbox, uses same collision as machines and stuff
