Adds some alternate job titles

About the PR

Adds PDAs/IDs to role loadouts that let you join with a different role name, but functionally are identical to the base role. It's a fluff change that intends to emulate the SS13 alternate job name menu by utilizing the loadout system.

to do:

• add service PDAs (chef, barkeep)
• add medical PDAs (interns, doctor)
• add engineering PDAs (atmos tech, engineer)
• add logistics PDAs (cargo tech, salvage tech)
• add scientist PDAs
• clowns >:(
• (optional) change PDA colors for different passenger PDAs (actually this could probably just be done by a sprite-maker later)

Why / Balance

It's fun to give players choices in how they present their characters, particularly in the interest of RP.

Parts of this can easily be reverted if new roles come out, or if upstream loadouts for different jobs start incorporating PDAs.
