• tweak: Death Acidifiers are now in Syndicate Uplinks once more

5tc to:

• use it on yourself and basically fail everything
• use it on a hostage and you miss out on 5 tc, and you shouldnt need "if this person dies they get round removed instantly" for your rp. just a bomb or gun should be enough
• people will just rush you anyway because as long as the person is crit they can be saved

I would love for gun/bomb hostage taking to be taken seriously, but when someone can be held together with 10 bruise packs its kinda not gonna happen.
