About the PR
Converts all existing lobby art (except Operator Plush, because that already was WebP) into WebP as a filetype. Deletes the PNGs associated with them before (if you want those, I guess look in the history.)
Why / Balance
Saves space, the size of the files are now a bit smaller so it takes less long for you to update Delta.
Technical details
Touches everything in the LobbyArt folder to convert it, and everything related to those screens.
