About the PR
Made cargo dock easier to dock at with shipyard shuttles, adjusted max AME size to a max of 2 cores (and added plasma for the generators), made QoL atmos changes (you can put waste directly into a canister, pipes are more intuitive, waste line has a pump instead of passive gate).
