About the PR

  • fixed floor decals in cargo
  • evac maints now has power
  • first lighthouse shift i saw warden and a seccie kill themselves on The Chair, so i made it idiotproof and more automatic. it started bolted closed and the button needs armoury access to open, automatically unbolting and rebolting open for maximum cooking. after you are done it closes and bolts again to be nice and safe, so there should be at least 10% less warden deaths
  • stuff below
  • added material reclaimer to disposals

A couple things reported in Discord

  • There is a library in the map, but no librarian role to select when it comes to late-joining.<:bluntsive:1166479741956665355>
  • There are missing firelocks in some spots, like in some doors for Epistemics.
  • cig machine in corner not powered

Personal Ai Languages (DeltaV-Station#1066)

# Description

This PR adds Languages to Personal Ai devices, allowing them to act as
an interpreter for their owner. PAIs carry knowledge of all "Common"
languages(Not including anything species specific, or Rare), plus the
ability to understand(but not speak) Sign language.
