* Shoukou small patch

Deletes plasma miner
Deletes command cryo
Replaces cryo in prison with cryo with prisoners included edition
Ensures techmaints are under robotics and cryo
Fixes shutters in robotics
Provides medical with a singular cryo

* gets rid of invalid

* Update shoukou.yml
