🎁 Basic Chromium Extension

A basic Chromium based extension in which you can 'launch' bookmarklets, favorite websites and more by clicking a button. Based on the developers guide(s) from Google on how to build extensions, this helps users with a framework on which they can expand on.

🎓 How to use:

Download the ZIP-file 📁 and unpack the contents 📂. In your favorite Chromium browser, open the Extensions menu and turn on Developer Mode. Next, choose 'Load Unpacked' and select the unpacked folder. Don't forget to pin the Extension at the top of your browser.

‼️Please note that if you want to incorporate 🔖bookmarklets in your extensions, make sure to allow pop-ups in the browser. Also, do not execute a bookmarklet from the blank or starting page of a browser, but visit an online website first.

If you want a bookmarklet to work in from a blank page, you can go to chrome://flags/#extensions-on-chrome-urls and set this to ‘Enabled’. ‼️Please note that this can provide risks to stability and security in the browser.
