Added option to show/hide SRLoader logo on startup.
Game TID checking from save creation mode is ported from TWLoader to SRLoader.

Improvement/Bug fix

DSi Menu: The launching animation now finishes before the selected ROM is started. It is followed by white screens to hide a graphical glitch.
