Small typo, should be fixed

I think that .tiff is generally also acceptable as an extension for the format. Better to cover both, rather than only one.

Seems like rse-panimg outputs .tif in reality but suggests it's outputting .tiff: https://github.com/DIAGNijmegen/rse-panimg
