* Uninstall pdfmake

https://eaflood.atlassian.net/browse/IWTF-4277

Uninstall pdfmake from gafl as its critical security vulnerability we no longer use

* uninstall pdfmake and run npm install

* only changes to pdfmake

* run npm uninstall pdfmake
