Patch for running MTProxy on ARM (including MIPS)

Start installation - clone this
Install required depencies (view README.md)
Go to MTProto directory
Import arm.patch
Execute this commands:

make clean
patch -p1 < arm.patch
make && cd objs/bin

Continue normal installation
