A simple command to paste clipboard content to TERA chat

Commands

• paste to enable or disable the module (default: on).
• paste test show the clipboard content in the proxy channel (nothing is sent).
• paste X send the clipboard content to channel X, were X can be any of the following:

X	channel
s	Say
p	Party
pn	Party notice
c	Global
i	Raid
in	Raid notice
g	Guild
w Y	Wisper to player Y (make sure this player is connected before using the command)
