Fixed: Lag during dragging of window on Windows 10 1903 or above and Windows 11

The launcher can prevent the update of the FluentWPF component working therefore if you still experience lag when moving the window please manually uninstall and then re-install using this link https://cyanlabs.net/applications/syn3updater/#downloads
