Removed Features

Create has gone through many changes over the course of its development, and as such several features no longer exist that were present in previous versions of the mod. Since many tutorials rely on these features, these are documented below, along with their current equivalents if any exist.

• Analog Belt Pulleys: Still present in Create; renamed to Adjustable Chain Gearshifts.
• Belt Observers: Replaced by Content Observers. Splitting function moved to Brass Tunnel.
• Blazing Tools: No equivalent is currently present.
• Encased Belts: Still present in Create; renamed to Encased Chain Drives.
• Extractors: Merged with Funnels, with a state that can be toggled by wrench.
• Gilded Quartz Tools: The Extendo Grip can be used to gain extra reach with any tool.
• One-Item Mixing: The option for mixers to specify a minimum number of ingredients has been removed and permanently set to 2, meaning mixers can no longer perform one-item crafting recipes. A single Mechanical Crafter can be used instead.]
• One-Sail Windmills: By default, Windmills require eight sails to function; this amount can be adjusted in config.
• Shadow Steel Tools: No equivalent is currently present.
• Transposers: Direct inventory-to-inventory connections can be done vertically and diagonally with hoppers, Chutes, and Smart Chutes. Strictly horizontal inventory-to-inventory connections require Mechanical Belts.
• Vertical funnels: Functionality merged with Smart Chutes.
• Windowlogging: Moved to standalone mod.
