Sparse2D now builds the following Sparse3D binaries:

  • mr2d1d_trans
  • mr3d_filter
  • mr3d_recons
  • mr3d_stat
  • mr3d_trans

By default the option “SPARSE3D=ON”. Turning the option off will build only the standard Sparse2D binaries.
