Content for newcomers describing how to add Linea to MetaMask (both Mainnet and Sepolia) and also linking out to similar explainers for other major wallet options.

The IMG stuff -- are those placeholders for @sammysango?

Also: I understand that the intended audience for this site is now devs. However, As A Web3 User, when I'm trying to e.g. find out how to buy a token on a network (I did this over the weekend with Gnosis), I went to their dev docs, and was able to find enough cursory information to figure it out.

And if we want to have the consumer profile supported by support.linea.build, I am all in favor of that "separation of concerns", so, where are the escape ropes for consumers? If I end up here trying to figure something out, where's the thing telling me "you're in the deep end, here there be devs", and points me to Support?

I understand that this ^^ is not, strictly speaking, within the scope of this PR, but it's something I'm noticing in the process of reviewing--I'm not asking you address it in this PR 🙏
