Added like, everything:

• Hotkey mode to just start typing, under typical circumstances. (if your issue is that you are in a VM, RDP, or other window that eats all of your hotkeys, this will not save you.)
• While typing, hit Esc to cancel
• Change the tray icon to a keyboard during typing
• Configurable delay before start typing

• Refactored HotKey stuff to use user settings and not app settings.
• Switch all settings to a UI form.
• Manage HotKey starting/stopping better (including don't listen for keys when typing keys)

• When in target mode, hit Esc key to cancel the selection (issue 4)
• New persistent delay selection (5 to 40ms) between keystrokes
