New Jersey Education to Earnings Data System (NJEEDS) hosted the spring/summer 2021 Coleridge Initiative Applied Data Analytics workshop. Participants worked in teams with higher education and employment agency data. The specific focus of the workshop was connecting post-secondary and workforce outcomes. The program provided instruction on using big data tools including SQL and R. Participants received training on core data concepts such as record linkage and data visualization as well as cutting-edge training in machine learning.
