Describe the bug

Some of my more radical emoji choices might need reining in. People on ancient Windows machines can't see

πŸ«• πŸͺ’ πŸ«±πŸΏβ€πŸ«²πŸ½

They do all claim to have versions on Windows on Emojipedia but I've proof it's lies, see:

We have already, long since, enabled emojis BUT we have not been using them because they only have white people, which would be extremely weird as a CYF brand. So I don't think that's a reasonable solution.

Probably just need to get a list of the least well supported ones and chenge them to something more boring more common.

OK so Windows is on 13.1 https://unicode.org/emoji/charts-13.1/full-emoji-list.html

basically it's missing non-gendered professions, so it has man judge and woman judge but not judge, but it has nongendered mage or superhero and, bizarrely, deaf person

no anatomical heart or lungs, disguised face, pinched fingers

can't find bento box but have evidence it is present from screenshot, so conclude this list is partial and continue on

OK, new plan - we'll have to use an emoji font as a fallback for Windows, though I hate to do that tbh.

@bazmurphy, do you have to have generated a ttf or otf for fluentemoji microsoft/fluentui-emoji#16 ?

Twitter emoji is abandoned and Firefox emoji only has white people, which would be completely weird for CYF.
