Description

This PR upgrades the monorepo Django requirement to 4.2. This means upgrading all related dependencies as well.

  • Chore (non-breaking change which does not add visible functionality but improves code quality)

@koechkevin please test pesacheck_meedan_bridge thoroughly (and include a README.md file that include how to run it similar to the one in twoops_tracker)
