A Service Subscriber should be able to rate a service

Once a SS is subscribed to a service, it should be able to give its opinion of it. This way, other service subscribers will be more informed when deciding if they want to subscribe to a service or not and this will give value to the platform.

It should be similar to many rating systems of online marketplaces, with the possibility of rating the service from 0 to 5 starts.
