Linked to issue #349 , when browsing the catalogue and entering to a service, its rating should be visible to everybody.

It should be a 5 stars rating system, and it should display the average rate and the number of votes.

For example, if the service has an average rating of 3.5 stars it should be displayed like in the picture attached:

3 and a half starts + the rating 3.5/5 + the number of votes in brackets (15 votes)
