If this work is not completed within the deadline, the Secretary of the Interior may immediately seize the property.

+    **Schedule 2:** Amend the Constitution of Icenia to replace Article VII (b) "Shop Dereliction" (2) with the following:

+    > The citizen performing the dereliction must then create a dereliction thread in which they petition the Secretary of the Interior and clearly state why the shop should be derelicted citing reasons such as lack of inventory and provide a clear plan and timeframe for what they will do with the shop, should they succeed in the dereliction.
