Summary

• Adds Gold Book storage as lookup table for job information
• Adds job code to personnel table + in modal for a new position
• Add validation in modal for job code
• Add error text/ validation area for each form segment
• Add an option to lookup job code by job title
• Add other/new option for appropriation and CC
• Do the same for non-personnel pages
• Add support in table/code to correctly enter approp and CC info for new entries
• Validates CC/approp on entry (to ensure numeric and correct length)
• Maybe: remove employee type from table
• Maybe: automatically fill in type from job code (and don't ask for it in modal)
• Fix bug with duplicative filter lists and filter dropdowns
• Adjust summary page for newly added CC and approps
