UHF-9883: Fix Clear selections button in school search

What was done

• Change the school search resetForm function to reset all individual atoms to default state as well

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
  • git pull origin dev
  • make fresh
• Update the HDBT theme
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-9883
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Go to https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/perusopetus/peruskoulut and change the tab to Etsi koulun tiedoilla
• Make some selections from the drop downs and press submit. Now click on the Clear selections button. It should now clear all the selects as well. You can compare the functionality to production version that doesn't clear the selects: https://www.hel.fi/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/perusopetus/peruskoulut
• Check that code follows our standards
