About The Pull Request
Updating the in-game character creator to be lore compliant, at last. Updated human backgrounds, and added a file about the other Orion Confederation states. More things will be done as this draft PR is updated.
Why It's Good For The Game
A lot of this back end stuff is very much out of date, and needs to be updated and pruned to bring it back into compliance with the understood lore. This is the first pass attempt at doing so.
