Test build for v1.9 for TD. Mostly want to make sure a vanilla bugfix doesn't break missions.

This test build is a standalone mod that can be installed in parallel with the latest release. Simply extract to %UserProfile%\Documents\CnCRemastered\Mods\Tiberian_Dawn\ and then select "CFE Patch Redux TEST BUILD" as the active mod in the game's options menu.
