Test build for v1.9 for RA. Yet another attempt to fix the bug with MIGs in q-attack-move-loop.
(This is just the binary. Get the rest of the files from 1.8. Note that it's NOT compatible with 1.8 saves though. Think it should be compatible with saves from the last test build.)
