SPARCED personal utilities ✨

This repository contains my personal version of SPARCED and a few additional scripts to improve my workflow.

SPARCED Pipeline

• Model creation
• Run a simulation (original, fast, fast with incubation)
• Plot results (two simulations, two simulations with incubation, automatic number of simulations)

⚠️ The bin folder is required to create a model and run a simulation.

SPARCED toolkit

A couple of functions ; tests available in a separate folder.
