Could you clarify exactly what this does?

Also, is there an opportunity to do more with solving the UI improvement issue? This PR does not satisfy that issue. IMO, there is more that needs to be done

This PR is wrt Issue #23
The Pointers mentioned on the issue by Phyleria were resolved by the PR
Specific changes introduced by this PR includes:-
1.) Adding transition effects when the list is filtered or sorted.
2.) Added hover animations to each non-profit card in the list (e.g., slight elevation and shadow effect on hover).
