This hotfix resolves an inconsistency in the Kotlin versions built and shipped.

ILTIS 4.0.0

In this latest release, all components of ILTIS have been merged into one repository to:

• simplify version management
• ease maintenance
• reduce deployment overhead

This release renames some packages, most notably ch.hsr.ifs.iltis.core.core, and is thus considered and API and ABI breaking change.
