This is a major version change (not a minor) since the component is removed without back compatibility added.

Removes (extracts) the Atlas-related components (i.e.
account-switcher,main-nav) from Cyclops proper. These have moved into the Atlas project, since that's where they are used. This will ease the transition to later Cyclops versions.
